All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or any other customer-initiated reason.

We will only consider refunds or replacements in the following limited cases:

•  Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate the case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

•Incorrect Item Shipped: If we shipped the wrong product, please notify us immediately.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Pure Oak Earth. We reserve the right to require proof of damage or defect.
